Hidden folders appearing

hi guys, just noticed that all hidden folders like windows system folders have suddenly appeared for no apparent reason anyone know why and how i can get rid of them.

go to the folder, click Tools > Folder Options > View > Do not Show Hidden or System files

so i have to do this for every folder soz im dumb

ok just check in tools and the box where it says hidden is already ticked but their still tehre
