Easy to beat, just stand back until they stop casting, then let me move in with my own PBAOE, and charge when i say so (when they're being interrupted).

edit: You'll know whether I've managed it or not because I'll either be a) jumping up and down spamming PBAOE, or b) very, very dead.

hmm, hibs are in a confined space where we can easily flush em out (gtaoe. pbaoe) and they cannot get out as they will just hit the zerg and die fast......not sure i see the problem..

i did encounter this tactic once or twice on patch day. at one point i was fortunate enough to have one of those gfx bug where u can see thru walls. so wasnt hard to stand on outside of mill and pbaoe the buggers..low lvl spell and crap dmg but given time they die and atleast it interupts the casters so tanks can go tear em apart. keep it up hibs

And yes, if i found mids/albs doing this i'd actually be quite happy. A chance to use my gtaoe spell to good effect Please camp the tower guys.

Tried this couple of times last evening.. i aint full pbaoe but the others were.. 1st try was success.. 2-3 groups of albs went down before us.. 2nd try mids spanked us with gtaoe and rushed in.. still got some mids but then again.. fighting superior numbers anywhere is hard.. on 3rd try there were some guys inside tower who werent part of our group and stood in middle... so we got mezzed, aoed and rushed...

Maybe it worked earlier when gtaoe and mid pbaoe wasnt around... wont work anymore. And what is so lame about it? Using obstacles in territory to fight? Or the fact that our 1 FG stand quite long against superior numbers... more fun to just step on us?

I think it's not the most sportive way to kill, but when there's 1fg hibs and 5fg albs and mids, I'll allow myself some less sportive ways to even the odds.

I disagree, it's a viable defensive position. There are thousands of ways the attackers can turn it to their advantage. It's easy to get people out of the tower, it requires a tiny bit of patience and some team work.

IMO people are complaining because they got beaten by their own stupidity. I know for a fact that any half decent group would easily overcome that postion.

And yes, I have played on albion.

We don't actually, honestly, it's just that in Emain at certain hours there just are SO many Alb groups operating and info travels fast. We all run around there hoping for a good 8v8 except everyone does it so hard and it's so rare that everyone gathers around when the oppertunity presents itself.

I've met your group with a FG several times, I won't speak highly of the outcome (nerfGroupPurge) but occasional partial victories haven't yet detered us from trying.

1 FG hibs = 2 FG Mids/Albs yeah.

whoever said anything about geting owned? i seen hibs do this 3-4 times hiding in the wall casting PBAOE......and if u think hiding in a wall is a viable tactic then er....u need help.

When are hibs going to get over zerg? u zerg just as much as mids fair enough not as much as albs but when you do you normally win cus u kick are asses on walls and in open combat n u bloody well know it..the amount of times i have heard Wuren say a alb zerg is heaven for rp......grrr get over it!

but standing inside the mill and pbaoeing anything that comes near is a valid tactic (that's what the door is for after all)
