Bloody brilliant, that was amazing last night guys, must say i was abit over whelmed lol, first attack was 9mids blew em up nice and easy lol, then 7 albs turned into 23 turned into 43 turned into 115 turned into 144 EEKKKKK plus the 2fg at HMG stopping reinforcements coming to us, nice going guys really enjoyed it i must say. Hope you didnt mind us taking DC back after you to your keep back

Heh! i am the true king of being killed here, Esoteric, and every now and then, i have a drink or two, get pwned and come here and have a little whinge. Its what this place is for im sure of it.

I wasn't awake last night, but i was the night before when this whole thing booted off. I've read through the thread from start to finish now and yup, its a pretty standard "post-hibbie-pbaoe-the-lord-room" keep take and defence whine...

If Albion had a caster who could stand and hammer the sh!t out of a single spell and reap mangling death to all around, then we would do exactly what they do. This questions come up tons about hoe to dislodge a shed load of hibs from the lords room, and im sure theres a million ways to do it, but as you said in your earlier post, we had garrisoned he other keeps, upgraded and were just waiting. Whats wrong with that strategy?

Hibernians have devestating magic.
Mids are fantastic in skirmishes.
Albs are made for defending.

ok, when a chanter is being beat upon by 2x 50th season tanks, and after four swipes from each, it hasn't done the slightest bit of damage to the fellas robes, then it will always reinforce my belief that chanters are standard until they hit 50, then they slip on the epic robes, and become uber. Theyre casters, and no one can get near them anyways, so perhaps an ickle tap in the shins with the nerf bat so as to even that out (our 50th casters can be one shotted still by more than one of the enemy, im told)

Tell the truth, theres a little blin in my heart that is kind of happy this has come around - when i started, Alb had all 6 relics and we owned. Then within a matter of hours the hibs decimated us, took the lot and stomped off home. Finally, after months of stories of Albs v Mids in Emain, and DC being constantly in one or the others hands, the Hibs are fighting back, and yay for them!

oh, and esoteric, this is a game, dude. These conversations on these boards could surely be filled with something more constructive, perhaps? Dunno, errr... go over the park? sit on the swings and roll one, and take some time out, eh? maybe.

I dont agree mate, I played a ice wiz on alb and they have a wicked pbaoe, and god no dont nerf us lol I do way to quick as it is.

PBAoE defence in Albion will never happen, with the slower cast time till 1.59 (?) you need 2/3 + wizards spamming it, its very rare to get these on a one off keep defence :/

Well done to GoP for holding onto Benowyc for so long and so well!

One thing is for sure from last night, I think the Hibs know that they cant rely on just their magic to save them and their pointt ears from a determined and co-operating force of Albions.
