Any raid that manages to come to doors and kill relic guards, setup rams,...Thats a relic raid!! whatever they succeed or not has nothing to do with the matter. The fact that they tried to do it with 40 and not 60 has absolutely nothing to do with the matter. Maybe it was a crap relic raid....poorly lead relic raid...or maybe it was "lets give it a try" raid. So lets be fair, if hibs had managed to do it then there would have been flames with...hahaha we took your relic with only 40 people you suck etc etc. That didnt happen because odds werent on their side maybe to few rams and not enough people BUT IT WAS STILL A GODDAMMED RELIC RAID.
My view on when relic raids can be done is very simple, and thats allways I dont care if people take them in the morning night or evening I just know i hate to loose any relics, so id probably bitch no matter when it happens.

try legion robe, or the yellow silken @ af 51, 100% qua, 10% thrust lol
legion robe has a 51hp regen proc, not sure on how fast it regens, but there ya go. (or am i confusing with sib city..)
