if there was an option to transfer charecters to US i doubt they would have the same attitude, you dont treat customers like shit when they can take there business elsewhere. We changed it as soon as the fix was ready, bearing in mind it has to be run on all servers simultaneously. To be fair I agree that the news could have been clearer regarding Serhat and I'll try and make sure that a better explanation is put in this week's news, however at least some of the people on this particular raid were aware that Serhat had this information because I was asked about it. The info was there but assumptions were made in the face of that.

I'm sorry that people felt their time was wasted and that they didn't get the Mauler activated however I don't feel that we have failed anyone here. The raid went ahead despite the information being available that 15 relics were required.

It isn't incorrect though. The website says it will be changed every Tuesday and that is still the case. It will get changed and the Emissary will be updated at the same time - just as he was last Tuesday. The site tells you when it will change and the NPC tells you what the current situation is.

When you talk to the Emissary will he dispense the following piece of information?

1) Admit that the line was obviously ambiguous and unlock the mauler.
