Does it allow you to hit for your dmg cap on every targets during those 20 sec or only on those with highest armour abs ? Saw one hit on my arms by Mylittlepony (prolly 50 lvl style from behind) for over 800 dmg. Kinda lovely ra

Eirenes proc lvl 10 dispelling not correct as mythic stated tho they cant or dont want fix it . Instead they gonna make temporary fix that proc gonna last 10 sec after its trigged by melee attack (well usless nerf but what to expect after mindless nerf of proc lvl 5 on it few patches ago)
For now proc absorbs random amount of magic dmg including dots and bleeding. If in your group 1 DW , 1 two hander and warden hitting me as they charge is most common it gonna proc and then your caster cant make dmg. If i have proc on me while i die, it still is on when i release so mostly i have it on often cos of deaths from melee attackers. Other hand i often use spell from my bb Hand of god which has 2000 range when fight is near towers and ppl can blindly mix it with eirynes proc. Strangly you see problem with eirynes only with me tho i see about 10 - 15 mercs using same chest piece but maybe they not so active nowadays in rvr or their play style is more in gank fg so your caster dies quicker then he can nuke against it.

Strangly you see problem with eirynes only with me tho i see about 10 - 15 mercs using same chest piece

have also seen warriors use it, the main and only difference is they dont _abuse_ it. You contantly pull mobs/guards to trigger the proc and as soon as u see ur godmode icon u charge in like BRAVEHEART with no shame

if u cant spot the difference betwen ur actions now and before u had that proc, then ur blinded by that hypocresy flash

if mythic fucks up, its up to us _not_ to exploit it, as is mentioned in the CoC. If you find a bug, you are according to the CoC compelled to report it and dont abuse it anymore.

i have even seen bloodthorn just stand next to a tower tanking casters/archers using ip and a heal pot without moving away from range and finally dieing prolly just to satisfy himself watching how long he can stand 10+ ppl blasting/shooting him at will, you have got to be a bit stupid to enjoy such stuff, running solo to a hib tower under siege to pull blue mobs till u get ur proc up then go there and stand like the MASS ... either ur stupid or u jerk off with it

and inactive players who havent had the lovely experience of meeting Bloodthorn Irongolem should skip commenting, he is quite an annoyance no more than that, i dont see a reason why this subject should not b brought here the nature of my question is plain curiosity just same as his question towards sturrm, not complaining.. if u please, keep it coming

hes a really tough armsman with Sb3 and ml10 warlord thingy (i guess?), he doesn't need to exploit this gay bug to win

hits like a truck, has nice defence, why cheat? it kinda takes away the respect i got for him. also he used to solo loads in OF, then later i met him in zergs only. understandable i guess as a solo non-speed non-stealthclass, but still you ruin the 'reputation' you managed to build up for yourself

To answer your question as best i can, the RA u speak of, Badge of Valor is A YOU DIE button, if used at the right moment u can surprise a Paly with damage that you would normally only produce on a caster. Using this RA i have hit people for 1200 damage. As for its usefullness, RvR is so situation dependant (Realm rank, Items, Procs, Buffs, Support) i cant really go around insta killing people as u might think i could using this RA. The RA does not make u cap, seems that u just hit harder. There are so many variables involved when u hit that this RA just seems like another variable to throw into the pile.

I much prefer having this RA to anything else out there, BM Parry RA, Warrior RA, etc etc considering that my Champ is a damage dealer and Badge of Valor just adds a little more spice into the fight, my opinion is..... Its nice.

Mostly i use the RA on Clerics, Healers and Shamans etc, considering they are the ones that can change the tide of the battle, Casters get pounded for enough damage as it is.

Its a great button to have when someone just doesn't want to die =)

I agree with Loffr. I just cant understand what is enjoyable about the way you play? Ok, sure, i could understand abusing it once or twice for laughs but perma-abusing it is just messed up dude. And of course GoA told you it's ok, they dont give a fuck about this game. And fyi every patch we get we are told things are working as intended even though it gets altered/fixed/nerfed the next patch and GoA knows that.

So saying "working as intended" is a load of bullshit since if we were playing on US there would be a txt-fix or patch to fix serious bugs (such as eirenes) in less than a week.

Well all in all i guess we should just blame the germans and frenchies cause they keep slowing down the patches we get.
