Thats my Hero's SC template.
The Mighty Hollow Earthmelder Wrist is a RoG drop, but im sure you can find another decent brace to fit in.
Qui isnt capped cos with Haste and Dex/Qui buff she would hit like crap, and currently does about 350-400 dmg, which is nice
Most items are also quest stuff, the rest is easy to get anyway.
With MP scale you could prob cap Qui if u wanted to.

Trying to do myself a warden one atm, its not easy with 99% armour

too bored to searhc for my template but if u interested i cna do it..with mp weapon and 2 mp armro parts it caps everything(not even counting racial resists..thats 31 heat resist for my firbolg) apart from 5 dex and 1 matter...and with all quest or very easy to get jewelery jewelery ..warshade brac -ixthian bracer-stout leather belt-melancholy cloak-the 1.62 si uber neckie-the 2 si quest rings good luck

and when i mean template i mean +11 to Blade/Parry/Reg and everything else capped, not just your random run of the mil sc kit
