Hero Question

Retemplating my Hero and haven't decided on fg or solo rvr yet ... does anyone have any idea if Hero's get good rvr groups these days ???

Also was wondering if anyone has a Hero 1h solo template with 10/10/10 melee bonus 101 str 90+con 75+ dex 85 or so qui and 350ish hp while still having decent resists
