Im not sure but i think that i ve heard that the belts stats would change/have changed...can anyone confirm this?

in 1.63 the rewards from 43 and 45 epic are boosted in utility. they all go above 40utility

nm but thanks..did my template now..capped 2 skills 3 stats hits resists all with 99 qua armor and not that heavy oc...and all quest jewelery apart warshade bracer and stout belt
