Heretic temp

Can anyone help- me with a caster heretic template for RvR?
Final spec will be 48 rejuve 50 enhance 13 shield and 29 flex
i'd like to have snakecharmers in for the abs /use2 but don't mind if i don't.
Don' have much money to spend but can farm a fair bit and camp

SCW is still a great weapon to actually hit with.

Change to a heater when dealing with NS/Vamps (they are slash strong).

Mainly use, Battler, BoZ, EOY in combat anyway.
