This is the question...I said to him he pays for it or i go through his insurance, fucking joke.

If he doesn't get paid until the end of the month...Can i still make a claim AFTER the end of the month even though it happened weeks before?

Basically not trying to do it through insurance but if he fucks me about when he gets paid...Can i still claim?

Best ring you insurance company and be honest, tell them he wants to pay for it himself, so not to involve insurance, and ask them how long you have b4 its too late to claim

If I were u take photos and take note and date it. Also you should take photo of the other car as that should be damaged? Maybe get som witnesses around the area too if anyone was watching. But first things first if ur unsure take photos of ur car and his so u got proof.

Yep, do not tell your insurance, unless you are really are going to claim through them. It affects your premiums, whether it was your fault or not.
