No, they always had to buy only two expansions. Everything older than the last two expansions has always been free.

The price of Darkness Rising has dropped a lot lately, though. So they have to pay even less now.

Sadly this kind of attitude is rife on Dyvet, and is one of the reasons I became happy to leave. Worse is, its getting to a stage where this kind of player are all thats left now.
