Armour of Clandestine Rites (comes free with level 45 epic quest)

Staff of Perfect Incantation - Dragon raid drop, about a plat on the ME

Flayed Cetus skin - farmed myself from Cetus, but about 5 plat on the ME

Belt of the Moon - scrolls cost next to nothing now.

Directors ring of bedlam on each finger - about 300 gold each, so 1% the price of immolated rings for about the same utility

Harpy feather charm - from a quest in oceanus (free)

Cyclone bracer - gives total 30% melee resists, think it was a plat or three
Fortyifying bracelet - ROG giving constitution, few hp and few points of dex

Mighty choker - gives constitution and strength (for carrying loot home)

Total cost - about 5-10 plat depending on whether you farm Cetus for yourself. Easymode = bot and necro both have rassa mirrors, with bot on ledge immune to everything cetus can throw at him.

Stats: +100 con, +80 dex, +100 int, +30 str, +11 on all casting stats,
capped melee stats, and the other resists about 15% or so.

Usually dont need that 400hp. If your hp go down so fast you need em, chances are you are in trouble anyway. If not your necro is likely to be on 90% health whatever encounter you are on. Anyway this is not perfect template, just a cheap one.
