You can probably kill most of the stuff in there with that setup except the nameds of course. It's not really possible to say what will be the most efficient ones to kill without knowing how well templated and ToAd you are, what spec etc. Just do what Woodoo said, kill them and find out..
The gems that the mobs drop in there are pretty valuable, you could probably farm a few plat an hour in there if you were just constantly pulling. Would be handy to have a sojourner with you for selling loot as your pack will fill up quickly though.

I went there as a skald and had a healer with me, we killed every mob in there except for the Co5 bosses, Legion and the pale guardians. (Didn't try those.) We killed some named ones, Earl Morax etc was easy. The loot gems sell for about 10g-16g per gem so a stack stells for around 100g-160g, so it's fast money.
