I cant get into the game.
When i start the game whit update, where i put in my Key.. it doesnt start to update? So i never get the to inlogg and password thing.
Guess this is somekind of teqnical problem.. do you know were i should turn whit this kind of problem? Playing Prydwen/Alb.
I mean which support..e-mail etc?
Im updated to english server..

The only official line of support is to log the problem on RightNow

But if you tell people here a little more about what happens someone may have a better idea.

Entering a CD KEY isnt really needed - thats just for creating a new account, you should be ok to skip this part - do you actualy get through to the patcher ? are there any updates pending ? what if you bypass the patcher and just run the game.dll

No i dont get through to the patcher, no update pending. Dont know how to bypass the patcher ...

get *cant complete product update* and afaik there is no patching today.....

and no got no firewall....and update.dat is the correct one
