Help!

I was playing cs last night, choose a game like normal, then i went on to a server like normal... then when i was playing, cs started to lag.. not the connection, 36ping.. thats ok.. my pc...um but i dunno whats wrong with it... i cant aim normally, i cant walk without being laggy
