help with the mic stuff

Yeah, when I try to set up the voice thing with "Voice Setup" AND/OR "voice_tweak.exe" it always says that "Can't Initialize waveOut". Can someone please help me, I have a SB Live! Value (WDM) sound card that's PCI, but i dont kow about the "Full Duplex", but i dont think that it has anything to do with the "waveOut". Thank you for your time, and please help me.

Make sure you arent running anything else that uses sound
(Win Amp, RW or anything else)
Ideally try the voice setup software immediately after booting up and see if that helps.
