Help with spec.

Im gonna make a kobold skald and i need to know the perfect spec


46 BS, 44 Sword and 17 Parry is the spec i have managed to come up with, is this "teh" spec or am i totally wrong here?

that's the standard spec of 99% skalds.

i'm 48 norseman Skald, going for:

46 bs : Best dmg chant
26 parry: Nice defense
39 sword: ok damage

that's just my spec

i like 50sword(nasty back based style and ubar dmg) 43bs(u miss out on a dmg-add that 99% of skalds have, so unless you solo much, you aint gonna miss so much) and some dmg 30-40 i think on the last dd.

rest in parry

respecced from what you are thinking of and never looked back, glad i did it

why 49 sword?

Well parry is nice but i dont c the need for it as a skald. So highest DD(44) and rest in weapon(49).

Yeah but the last sword skill is when u spec in 50, the other is 44, so why spec 49 in sword?

44/49 looks good
parry is not that important for a skald
but i personally would do smth like 44 bs 46 weapon (at RR5 you will get 50 with crafted) rest parry

skald spec

44 bs (last dd is very important, as more and more players have a high body resist)
46 weapon (you dont need 49 in weapon, because the difference is very small... and you dont get any important styles)
17 parry (get mastery of parry also, and you're in for a BIG surprise... ask Purefun, I parried 30% of his hits, and won)

a skald with this spec should get the following RAs:

Ignore Pain
Mastery of Pain 2 (if you can get 3, better)
Mastery of Parry (it's great)
Longwind (sprint more)

to get these, you need to be at least RR4L3... so go farm
