Here's mine so far, it's still a work in progress and I've had a load of help from Spanky and Xanth. Personally I wouldn't bother with +11 shield but that's just my opinion. Hopefully you can get some ideas from this

Jable, dont worry too much about +shield, + blades as they arent much good unless u r s/s spec, and overcharge more. U should max, str, con, dex and all resists should be 25%-26%(26% is cap) and then if poss add in +CS, +blades on your sword, +shield on your shield etc. U might want to drop an item with so much +parry on too like your jewel and replace it with a df jewel.

This setup is for my Hero when/if she ever dings 50.
Bare in mind her final spec will be 50 Blade, 50 Shield 28 Parry.
So this setup may not be perfect for a Spearo, but im sure u can change some things about.

Some items use 3 point OC, with 99% gems its really safe.

Lum u tart, you add 6 hps to the ring and I didnt include the mp weapons yet I've reposted the final version on the guild forum for u

The Treant seeds are very easy to get, we got 4-5 jewels per pull.
Cuinn himself is approx lvl 65-70 and take a bit of a beating, when he gets to 10% health he will call for help and the whole town comes along with 6 red con to 50 Treant Seedlings, these are what drops the Jewels.

The best way to do this we found was to pull Cuinn upto the cross-roads a long way from the town, so when he called for help we could finish him off before the adds got to us.
Also you can clear the town before you pull him and you get less adds.
An ideal group for killing them would be : 1 Warden 1 Bard 1 Druid 4 Tanks (3 using s/s) 1 Mana Caster

They also drop 2 other gems as well..

I screwed up a bit though, putting hits on LW, as those hit will be lost when i switch from S/S to LW :\
