help with GOA quests

my gf wants help with a GOA quest and has asked me to ask you guys. she is doing the GOA control orb quest but doesn't know where to find either a old wisp (lyonesse) or a small wisp (camp forest). does anyone know or has anyone done it before.

it is called the control orb quest. and it better give somrthing good as i been looking for these types of wisps for ages
