Ok, I'm baffobled.

I have a lvl 26 hunter which has capped stats, 2% Melee Speed, 2% Archery Speed.

I bought a level 30 ring (Peridas Vigor) for another 2% Archery Speed aswell as +10 AF cap and some other bits. When I equip the item though it fails to affect me?

I've tried it naked and it still doesn't affect me. I'm also using Peridas Might (level 30 again) which is a cloak, 2% Melee other bits and bobs as well as another +10 to AF. This however works fine, it's just the ring that doesnt.

Both are in perfect condition but I fail to see why one works and the other doesn't. I also have a lvl 37 Gem which adds 2% Archery bonus, again this works fine.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? I'd right now it if I had my password or could pick up the email with the password (down atm).

(On a different note I also cant use animal Bone Braclets [+7 dex/cons/qui cap iirc] and get the same thing.)

Any help is appreciated as it's driving me mad ;>

Cant answer regarding the Level 30 stuff really.

At level 26 I imagine that you mayl have a cap of 2% for TOA bonuses similar to your maximum caps on skills (+4 or something). I dont know why it wouldnt work if it is the only item you are wearing :/

As for the Animal bone bracelet is is definetely too high level for you (level 50) so it wont work.

i was under the impression all 3 peridas items had a lvl 30 requirement to use them ( you can still equip but not get any benefits) sounds to me like its that and for some reason you can use the peridas might

edit: UV is utility value

Utility value = the value of the stats on the item...i.e a ring with 2dex and 4str has a lower UV than a ring with 35str and 29dex.
