Help with CV Bladeshade template

I've been looking everywhere for a CV bladeshade temp that has somewhat capped stats as well as SP. Along with decent TOA bonuses.

Doesn't matter how expensive the template is as im keeping the NS in CV. Please help

Sorry just saw you pm now. I'm sorry that I didn't reply earlier, but I stopped playing a while back and haven't done a template in ages. Besides that I am really poor with the hib items, so you might want to look for someone else to do your template
