Divine Fury is in the Hill Giant Chieftain's Lair. This is in Chapter 4.
To get there go to Moonwood, find the Hill Giant cave, go down to level 2, beat him up It's in a chest.

for peeps that don't know it's a katana +3 with 1d6 cold (i think) damage and stuns every now and again.
