Help please

I have heard that "bluescreen" is a very common problem
but I got it for the first time and I dont know how to fix it

please help me!

Try posting this in the technical section with a little more info about the problem. You will get a much better response.

A blue screen may just be a one-off glitch which will usually sort itself out after a reboot. If you haven't had anymore problems since then I shouldn't worry about it.
