help needed with fire wizzy sc temp

hi guys iam not sure what to do iam going to respec to fire at lv 50 for rvr as its better then ice but iam not sure waht to do

i will be geting lv 51 cloth soon at 99% and a staff at 99% also

i want to cap stats and power if poseble i will use iteams for resists i think is best but i dont rly have a clue about scing so can anyone help me at all if so thanx very much

dd+debuff and base dd wich deals more dmg in the end.
