I've just download Threewave ,but when i come to install it, it says not enough room on C:\, however i dont want to install it on C:\ because Q3a is on D:\ , is their any way round this or do i have to install on C:\ 1st and then copy over to D:\

Download the Zip? I haven't a clue why anyone bothers with windows executables - They're meant to be easier, but since when has extracting a zip archive been difficult?

Put the .exe on the D drive before you double click it?

tried that

nope Sar u cant change it , it straight away pops up and then says not enough room, and retry or cancel , and nope it dont work if it's on D:\

where is the .zip

If someone could give me a link to a .zip file to download, i would download it , as i only downloaded the .exe cause that's all i could fine. cheers

Ahh, what that'll be then is there isn't enough temp space to unzip the file to so it can install at all.

You'll need to free up some space on your cache drive (usually just the drive the OS is installed on) in order to install it. I assume you've very little space left on your OS drive?

yea , i have VERY little space (5.6mb or somthing like that) :/ any1 got a link to a .zip version????????

I hate those fucking pieces of shit that do that. I download the Arx Fatalis demo and it needed 200 megs of temp space and ate up like 100 when you ran the installer

The Zip will need the same I would imagine, as it will need temp space to unzip it to in memory/copy the zip file before it starts to unpack.

I'd seriously free up some hdd space m8, because you'll find windows grinding to a sudden halt very shortly.

I always try to keep at least 200Mbs of hdd space free on my OS drive, but as I now have XP on a 70Gb drive it ain't much of a prob anymore
