Permanent power regen 2 spell. Lasts until you unequip the charm.

Bonus to Piety cap: 5

Bonus to Dexterity cap: 5
shield debuff
Bonus to spell range: 4%

4. Jacina's Sash -> can use Atlantis Tablet 2
Bonus to stat enhancement spell effectiveness: 6%
Bonus to duration of spells: 6%
Bonus to power pool 5%

Arcane Siphon
Bonus to spell range: 5%
Reduces enemy target's resistances versus all magic damage by 5%. Only resists gained from items are reduced.

5. CL staff Bonus: 3 all casting
6 Dexterity

50lvls all focus
4% spell damage
4% spell haste
6Dexterity cap

Replenish power: amount -50

not all items from hib can be found in mid.

but i try make a own template then

dindt want to use Nailahs robe.
