Having Problems with the XIII demo.

I ran the game first time fine, played until I died, then i got a popup and the game crashed, now everytime i try launching the first mission my PC bluescreens with

IRQL_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO or something


heeeeelp heeeeeeeelp.

ok the exact error message is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

google suggests updating the GPU bios... so erm..i'll give that a try and report back.

The irq error is always a bit vague, but its usually down to hardware conflicts due to acpi. update your drivers. Its also caused by applications trying to use reserved memory. Try turning the bios cache off in bios and see if this helps.

Updated my nvidia drivers to the latest and it hasn't sorted anything.

I'll turn off bios cache now and see if that fixes it.

the microsoft support page on the issue basically says anything you can think of could be buggering it.
