Heat, i fucking hate it

Its june the 7th and im in Madrid, its fucking hot, today was like 33 degrees when i was working, i fucking hated it. I walked around and had crappy sweat all day, my arse stuck to the chair while i was working etc it all was very unconfortable. Its only gonna get worse as it gets hotter and hotter to summin like 48 degrees when i go to south of spain and late ibiza. during july and august.

How do u combat heat, tell me ur diffrent ways, it feels like hell right now, and air con is not an option :s

i love the heat, i just wear less and less clothes =D

shorts and t-shirt at first opportunity, then vests and sandals, then just shorts... and well if occasion calls for it, nothing

just make sure you get the suncream on the important bits :|

Well... grab a bottle of water and drink all day, it helps me (A/C helps too hehe)

If you think this is hot... well come back in july/august haha and don't go to Southern Spain then (about 4-5 more degrees there, minimum)

Come back in december (under zero temperature ) im sure you'll be better
