Healers and the pheobus harp necklace

Can a healer use Pheobus harp necklace? VoS says its bard/mincer/skald only, but I saw it in a healer template and wondered if it was a mistake?

alot of other classes can use it all have partial use of it.. but yea healers can use it afaik

All classes can use, and all MID classes get the absorb charge, not the harp summon charge. It's the new fotm neckie for sb's, healers, bd's you name it. If you can put it into the template without seriously crapping up other stuff, then it could be a good idea to do so.

Does anyone put Power in SC any more? Template im working has 42% power pool, but 0 Power SCed in. Just wondering if it's worth adding some on?

And what exactly will piety do for a mending healer? Does it boost power pool too?

Noone SC power in suit.
Piety adds to power pool.

42 % PP is sufficient aslong as you have Jacina's Sash.

Thanks again, sorry I'm new to magic-ing templates i usually just make melee chars

Got the sash in there atm, but I'm missing a few points in piety cos I've put them into Energy resist instead. Think thats a bad idea?

Well it's a noobie healer so I'm using 99% chain, this means the SC aint perfect. So would I be better sticking the energy resist onto Matter or Spirit instead? or even a few extra hp?

You would be better off not putting any points into Energy or Matter. Also avoid items which has these resists. If you have spare points use in Spirit, but I guess HP will be better when it is a "noobie healer template"

Only reason to get energy is messreduction on sorc mess as you most likely wont be caught in a hib pbae and I have 0% energy resists in mine aswell. Btw if its for the hib pbae you need atleast 20+ for it to effective as almost all casters run with 10% resistspierce.
