Healer speccing

Lo, i want to make a healer, and hopefully join a rvr guild in the future, and am wondering what type of healer rvr guilds are most in need of and want? I am interested in playing both pac and some mend, or aug/mend so i am happy to be either

44pac/31mend for main mezzer
40mend/36pac to compliment the above as backup mezzer and strong heals
37aug/39mend for celerity and resists

Those are the 3 main options afaik, at least thats what JH uses

The original (and imo best) spec, yes the healer augs are nice but everyone has buff bots these days so sinking your points into aug unless you want to create a full aug buffbot healer really isnt worth it.

humms, it's not about buffs.. it's about resists, mainly
so no, a full aug healer bot can't be compared to an aug healer (unless you don't mind running back to mtk every 10th minute )

I'd recomend the 2 first for the mez. Group cant win anything without them, but then again, group rox with a aug healer as long as the mezzer is already in group.

The good old spec, means u can only heal targetted and needs a skilled player. IMO a gimped spec since u dont get spreadheal which is a must. But all caster will love your POM5 and your inst mez has a bigger radius.

Not a popular spec, but I like it anyway :lol: Gives you PoM lvl 4, celerity lvl 3 and 3 instaheals. Good enough to keep me amused at least...

/random 3 spec is most fotm, youll most likely be unique in your spec . Also its alot more fun not knowing if u will be gimped or not!

I guess what im asking is which spec healer is the least common and most needed type in midgard at the moment?

which healer type is most needed by rvr guilds generally?

People have aug healers in grp because they generally have higher mend than teh fotmpac and for resist buffs

P.S. Didnt see agons post before I posted this.

P.P.S It was only the "best" pre-spread heal. Spreads are da shit now!

Gives insta heal and grp heal, insta mezz and stun (single and AE), spread heal, few good boofs and POM4.

Works good for my in pve and rvr.

Ohhh you lying pixie! Every serious RvR gimp and his goat has access to healer and shammy bots either via a second account, or a guild mates 2nd account or are all those dwarfs and trolls I see at the port forts and Keeps nearst the mile gates just there on holiday? Yes running back is a pain but most RP farmers seem quite content to do it

I sticking to my veiw on the 48/24/6 thing, I admit the spread heals are good apart from the first one but the way the game is set up 'balanced' specs are a bit of a waste of time, being mediocre at everything helps nobody, so if an alternative to my fav is required i'd suggest a 2 thirds mend/1 third aug/ whats left pac.
