A healer suit is very easy to max out actually.
Only Con, Dex, Pie. Resists. Mend/Aug. Hp and Pow.

try this all quality 99% items. Although the flame wrought belt might be difficult to get now a days it's definitely easier than getting fornfrussens eye. However you need to wait for next patch for the upgraded DF items, and the Exquisite infernal black diamond ring, but if you use the current one, it's only 4 con and 6 str you'll be missing, so no big deal.
Wield 2h for a bit of extra strength for carrying, but loose some dex, power and aug
stats with shield and hammer

The standard is 44 pac and 31 mend if you wish to be a mend healer. Going full Aug and then some in Pac can be very useful if you wish to be a RVR Aug healer

Full aug and some pac? what is he gonna heal with, baselines?! besides, with Aug/pac you get the backup CC but no healing whatsoever IMO makes it more worth to go either:
44pac/30-31 mend
36pac/40 mend (best ress, backup CC etc.)
37 aug(yellow resistbuffs)/39 mend
And I have never heard anyone call the 44/31 pac/mend specc for mendspecc, that is the specc most people use as main CC..to be a healer without SH (spread heal incase someone didnt know) is not worth it IMO.
but again, these are all my thoughts
