Heads up to all crafters

Fjuth recently pmed me late at night an politly asked me to do an order for him.

I calculated the price added 50% and told him 90g, he said ok so I got to work on the gem, (no overcharging so set price) I got them done quickly and he was right there to have me embue them.

he was patent polite and gave a big tip. (120g when i asked for 90g)

so heads up to hib crafters, if fjuth makes an order, take it.

TIP much as they still earn shit compared to the time they have to craft.

the only way crafters actually make money is if they extremely lucky and get a shit load of mp's or the easy way: salvaging a shit load of seals all the time

A set takes 3-4 hours to make and gives 2p profit... Charging blabla x cost price is annoying.. just 2p + cost and voila. 6p / day if you're determined.

If lucky it can be easy, like most things really, wouldn't say it was actually that simple, few have everything planned and if you need to make 99%/mp's it can be a small time consuming nightmare.

I think i earn more cash farming the seals and selling to crafters than salvage myself.

100 diamond seals / hour isnt that hard

= 1100 Gold / hour

Dunno what you refering to. I usually give 100% tip when some crafter helps me.

I was refering to making 60 gold for 15 min work.

ITs not that good money .. You can farm 3-5 P/hour

Have a rr5 Enchanter Specced Mana + enchant. Have i RA respecc serenity 4, MCL 2.
Have a RR5 Bard specced 42 reg/43 nurture. With serenity 4 mcl 2

Go DF kill umberhulks and knights..15 P in 3 hours

its the way i do it.

ive farmed umbral hulks for about 6 hours one evening ... bb + chanter... I pulled as they repoped... no need for MR... I got around 5xx seals.... around 8p in cash.. and thats not even close to 15p... maybe u found another camp spot. c0z during 3 hours u wont make 15p with that repop timer

yeh respawn on umbral hulks is soooo slow

about diamond seal farming, I've never heard of that much money in that lil time with just two people. I remmeber once thre was 2fgs my friend was in, and they farming dukes or something for several hours and got 1600 seals or something. Maybe more.

For several hours work 1p for each person dont sound very uber

Scing + weaponcrafting = teh bore and the low pay.

Rest are kinda bad too tbh.

Crafting just sucks in terms of profit plain and simple :/

To be honset i really dont mind paying a lot for crafted items/SC/Alch, its worth the money, you have to pay well to keep crafters going, if it wasnt for people wo pay well there wouldnt be any crafters at all and we would all be stuffed.

some of us sit there for hours and hours and hours stuck to forges or tables crafting away, spending god only knows how much gold pieces over time.. sure we are cheaper and better than merchants so we add a little to our prices but its the time spent people have to remember. I didnt just start a char and was an insta-LGM

tips are nice very nice in fact.. kinda makes it worthwhile in long run
