Advice Headphones for iPhone?

Earphones, specially the in-ear type hurt my ears. Doesn't matter what design they are. Since I spend a lot of time either listening to music or on Teamspeak with my mates, I'm looking to invest in a set of over-ear headphones. However, I'm having issues finding ones that are compatible, as in can be used as a hands free kit too.

Anyone? Please?

I've got these, but without the iphone controls. Pretty good sound quality, though I'm not really that fussy over sound. They do sound pretty good to me though, and definitely a lot better than a lot of cheap stuff that's out there. Pretty comfortable too.
