Having a fucking big problem :(

ello all
when im trying to do my payment from camelot-europe having a msg in blank white page wich is "Duplicate Invoice !"

and got a mail from goa today wich was Charged Back! mail only contains this... "Charged Back."
does any one have a clue about these? please help me. i mailed goa via rigth now and still no answer..
