Having a Bad day

Every have such a bad RvR day that made u want to quit Daoc / smash ur machine / etc etc ?

2day has to be the worst day of RvR every for me. Everytime I died it was to 2 fg V 1 fg , else something stupid like 4 fg V 1 fg.

Or

To NP / AL / VGN.

All RR7-9 , all insta's up, RA's shooting out the ying yang , even the odd Overpwerd Savage just about 1 shotting my bro's theurg .

Never been so frustrated on all my time in daoc, main prob was not dying to the RvR guild fg, they have 1 fg with all ra's but that didnt happen that much. It was the 2 fg steam run u over and over that got to me . Yes even Odin had its own zerg going, 3 fg mids ran over us at amg.


Mids have been domintating all day 2day and in zerg's from Odin to Emain. same old shit, u mezz them. savage + zerkr purge, healer purge + insta. savage + zerk pwn all ur casters ... or tanks it really doesnt matter , savage's quad hit like m0f0's. bs if anybody thinks they dont.


So what I am getting at is Excal, its zerg'd. Just 1 zerg to the other then throw in a few RvR guilds amd pharm.

Are ppl happy to zerg ther tits off all day ?

What do you think can be done to change this ? What can make Excal a better server, how can u stop the zerging.

a simple answer is you cant but thats 2 easy.

Well pissed at getting zerg'd. I try my best to stay out of zerg's and run in 1fg. Seems nobody wants that anyway.

The point was what possible solution is ther to an overpolulated server ? it is severly.

The server has been like this for awhile now, as I am sure u all noticed ?

when big 4+fg zerg was not only emain but also odins (due to raid maybe ? dunno but who odin showed more than who emain ;( ) we went hw and forest sauvage after that, and after ganking some solo albs 1fg came out and we had some nice fights. at the end big zerg came out of sauvage, but not blaming any of the albs for that, if i would sit in svasud and read killspam i would go out also etc

ok if milegates r camped it sux pretty much, but if they are not just try to go to other zones than emain / odins. sometimes you are rewarded for it, well and other times just no enemys there but giv it a try

there were like 5-7fg last night all huddled together zerging the shit out of anything that came their way-they would just steamroll over 1fg's etc.
they made odins shit tbh

today was my 1st day back after geting my comp sorted and half the time i couldn't get past amg from mid and hib zergs...got steamrolled by 4-5fg of NP+adds....and yes its rich that albs whine about zerging when they used (and still do) to do it all the time, but now every realm is as bad as the other just at different times....during day its mainly hibs then it goes mids and then at prime time like 9ish+ its albs till midnight when all the school kids log and mids come back

hibs are the worst of imo zerging wise don't feel sorry for them though not after todays performance at amg 1-2fg hibs holding of 4-5fg of albs via the amount of casters grrr

Go HW, Dont RvR, roll Pryd, or w8 for the free downloadable new rvr-zone mythic is gonna release, will prob not be here till december tho.

It aint the hibs, the mids or the albs fault. Its Mythic who fucked up. Emain is like as big footballfield, no ruins, no bridges, nothing, just 2 stupid walls and some lake in zonewallcorner nobody have visited since beta. The only thing that counts is numbers and cc. It dosent matter if you have masterpieces/good spec n shit when you face 72 enemys... And the fact that daoc dont have collision-detection makes it even more stupid. 3-4 guys can be attacked by 90 at the same time, or as Jox, get zerged by full groups, all hitting you at the same time, lol, so fucking stupid. Its like playing counterstrike whitout beeing able to hit your mates...
A couple of tanks(with backup) should be able to hold a milegate
for a while, especially if only 3-4 can enter at a time. But today can 800 people zerg them to death, all attacking them at the same time...
Heard that Dragon Empire will have Collisiondetection. And I think all classes should have some sort of limited stealth.
You should be able to take a run with your merc all by yourself if you want, but that option isnt even there...lol.
No wonder we have all these buffed stealthers roaming Emain, thats the only way to solo or duo or whatever. Buffs should be removed by the way, they are so fucking stupid. These days you need to open 2 accounts to be able to play the game(at least as stealther), Mythic are screwing their selfs, they think they are smart, hehe, now we will double our income from many players...hehe...but in the long run...they are fucked. I cant imagine how many guys, students and stuff that only have one comp. And playing with 2 accounts on one comp is a joke, it lagg way to much. You should only need one comp to be able to play a onlinegame, not 3 as I suggested for a long time ago...lol.

But what can you expect from guys who done ras like lifter and mastery of water...

I am just babbeling coz I am bored, most of this is could be shit.

LOL at you for moaning about zergs when your realm does it all the time. Also think its 5% chance at level 50 with full hand to hand to quad hit (1 in 20 chance for you dumb gits out there )so quad hits dont occur often.
