Craft them or could they be bought of merchants?
If not buyable by merchants i will craft them 1g a hat ;>

Can be bought. The merchant is upstairs in the first house on the left in Cotswold village - the one where that stupid woman sings about her lost love.

I bought some on the US servers when they first came out there

Some of them can be bought.

But one of the new hat designs is craftable as a lvl 51 item, so you wont be buying those from merchants.

Wonder if theres (m)any tanks who hate the bucket helms enough to run around Emain in a crown

Funny hats are work for the gfx department, tradebug and grp bug for devs

plus fluf make the game nicer, less monotoon to look at
