*shocker* we got television in sweden. id never watch swedish league football. its B O R I N G :)

and i dont say Ronaldo plays fair etc. i just say 95% of the football players are as big pansys/cheaters/scums as him

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAoe1MheTU4

Watching on tv doesn't equate to watching live games (even if the match is shown "live"). :p

And I don't know what league you ARE watching if you think 95% of players are as bad as Ronaldo - many players have from time to time thrown themselves down but it's a long time since I've seen someone do it as often, as consistently and as predictably as him.

As for Huntingtons, thanks for confirming what many of us have suspected for a long time. You're a :wanker:

sorry...what?

ok let me translate it for u in simple language.

Ronaldo plays for portugal
Rooney for England.

Portugal plays vs England

They are enemy's (if not, stop acting like if they are).

England lost, now you got 3 pictures of Ronaldo crying..

I saw arround 100 post of english people here crying...
And by the looks of it, whole england was/is crying....

And if you say to me what did i miss of the World Cup football, i missed the first 7.3 minutes of Brazils first match, that's all.

Thanks - though a simple language wasn't necessary, just something that was a legible form of English.

He cheated(dives etc) and then appealed to the ref. He created his own trouble in my opinion, but I do think some people take it too far.

I am a United fan and I have to agree with what you have said. The real problem I have with him though is that when he dives it is so blatent that the ref's can see right through it, then we he is really fouled the refs just wave play on because the boy really has cried wolf too many times. His persistant diving has hurt United and it sends the wrong signal to kids as well, there are enough diving primadonnas in the game right now, the last thing we need is more kids who play the game thinking it is the norm as well. As I said in my earlier thread, if he is off then good riddance.

Ok, then I havent watched "live game" then, not even swedish. And I would never ever pay to watch a "live game" of football :p

I pretty much only watch World Cup, European Cup (or whatever it translates to english) and some Champions League games. And i personally think the diving in every game i've seen is horrible. I dont like it at all. But atleast it gives me an opportunity to drink some beer on working weeks :)

Personally i think that England should watch some Icehockey. If they werent so snowed in with Football they would love it. It simply rocks :flame:

Yeah and it has nothing to do with the fact that he dived and cheated right? or the fact that he complained about his own club team mate (someone thats meant to be his friend)?

It's not just england that hates ronaldo and I'm sure quite a lot of english people disliked him even before this world cup (me included).

Whilst Ronaldo is pretty much the main reason Rooney got sent off I doubt most people blame him for England losing the game.

We lost because Ricardo saved 3 penalties and I don't see anyone claiming he cheated us out of it.

Ronaldo started his crying more and proven that alot of this was most likely a ploy, because now his saying he refuses to return to manchester.

Thing is, just look how other countries reacted to him, both games since he has had the crowd fully on his back. Wherever he goes soemone will take it out on him.

He has not even given the Man UTd crowd time to support him or not before saying he cant return to england. As such as manchester united fan, i would refuse to sell him. Make him come back, if he doesnt dock his pay and still refuse to sell him. He will soon come back if they wont sell him. May effect his value in the long run but it will certainly teach players a lesson that they cant scheme behind their clubs back to get a transfer

So pathetic so fucking boring.

Learn to loose. English team takes loosing pretty well, why can't the fans?

This is the Urs Meier (ref for Portugal -v- England 2004) saga all over again.

Fact is Ronaldo did fuck all there. Players from the teams allways run to the ref on a contested foul.

Boring bastards, get over it.

England are a good team, but your fans are shite.

Soooooo.......

Does that go for the French crowd and the German crowd as well? Both sets of fans were laying into Ronaldo in each of the games that followed his antics. You attack the English fans about their passion and cant take the fact in some ways people feel cheated (remember, we are the original creators of the game hence we have alot of passion about it).

Maybe his involvement wasnt what got rooney sent off, we will never know. Just like we will never know if FIFA are just saying that no tv footage was used in ZZ incident but cant explain why took so long for 4th official to get message to referee. However, in protesting to the referee he broke rules of the game, and his constant "simulation" broke rules of the game. So one way or another he is a cheat.
Yes it goes for a lot of players, but he is currently the highest profile one, and his antics in trying to force a move else where will just increase the hostility because he does not acknowledge that it was ENGLISH football that has turned him into a better player then he was before he arrived at Manchester United, and infact treats the club and the fans with a lot of disrespect by refusing to return.

And just to close. England are NOT a good team. We are a average team at the moment. We have great players but at the moment they do not make a great, or even a good team.
