If so what date? (Wikipedia says both 15th and 20th for EU)

I had totally forgotten about the release, but my GF just arrived home with a copy of the game (£39.99) and a copy of the Pre Order box (£5.00) they were selling in HMV. Just got all excited, but then it turns out the game box is completely empty. So I'm a little confused.

Have they just not put the disks/instructions/CDkey in the box?

Or are they selling it PreRelease and I pick up the actual game on 20th? (I seem to remember WAR doing something like this where you pay full price and collect on release day)

You can buy the game today, install it, create your account etc but you will not be able to play until the 20th December.

Also, you shouldn't be paying twice for the pre-order and the actual game. The pre-order should give you a £5 discount of the full box price or something.

Actually the game is out, they released it early to ensure that everyone has it prior to the 20th.
