Also is there somewhere I can check to see if they are legit? For instance, if you want to see if a Plumber is Corgi registered (or whatever it's called now days), you had a site you could check them against.

Do these companies who provide training have to be registered with Microsoft to confirm they are Gold Certified?

Check with a college, they tend to do courses for microsoft.

Personally wouldn't touch with a bargepole.

a) It would be highly unlikely that Microsoft would let anyone use their tradename especially in a domain name.
b) That domain name is registered to Blue Logic Media (an LLP with Co Number OC321138) 51 FARM HILL ROAD, WALTHAM ABBEY, ESSEX, EN9 1NG
c) Blue Logic Media was registered on 24/07/06. The company has done nothing since, filed no documents at all, so Companies House has filed documents to strike it off and the company was dissolved on 28/10/08
d) The domain was renewed in May 10 to address
