ML7 dungeon - feuding shaitans.
was there last night with my warrior and bot. took me about an hour to get from dungeon entrance to the lava flow though, nasty mobs :/
The shaitans are harder than the djinn in stygia but you get uber xp (78-60million) and great drops. Farmed there for 3 hours and got numerous battler/malice/mad tales scrolls.
Otherwise stygia djinns in the river and near chisisi spawn, but no camp bonus, slow pop, lots of roaming and sod all drops.

Like Rulke said. ml7 dungeon is very nice. Other than that, the little oasis at golden spear encounter filled with orange/red jinnis when the encounter is down. And there is also a very good place in Ashen Isles. Its across one of the bridges close to ml7 dungeon.. Cant remember what direction, i know theres a ml step there.. Lotsa red jinnis and some poles 
Kinda badly explaned, but its not hard to find if u just search around the island most east in ashen isle
