Trick is to get tallons when /forraging, if u dont get tallons, try doing it with another char - tallons is needed for the first (secondary) reward, and u cant get the third (secondary) reward (harpy feather charm) unless i get the first.

Abit rubish writing here, hope u get it ... but i will get it when u do the quest
