Harpy Feather Charm

I'm after this necklace and am doing the Origins of the Harpies Quest. To get the Harpy Feather Charm I need to have a Harpy Talon a Bunch of Harpy Feathers and Animal Bones. It seems I can only get these whilst /foraging for the main items on the quest. The problem I have is that I've got all the main items but only have the Animal Bones for the Harpy Feather Charm. Now I cannot /forage anymore.

Is there another way of getting the items for the Harpy Feather Charm?

Check housing, some nice people that got several of one ingredient sell them there, thats how i got the last needed ingredient for one of mine I always sell quest components that i dont need myself from that day since it might make someone happy.

As for the quest, if you are after the charm there is a better chanse of getting all 3 ingredients if you /forage at different pillars, not just spam /forage at one.
