afaik it can be most jewelery completly random what it is when u do the quest
AFAIK that is a guildy has bracer i think another jewel and another necky

you get several dfferent bits of animal from the quest search, animal bones, harpy feather and some other stuff, you have to hand it in to some guy near the docks in a certain order to get the different bits of jewelery

This is the list of the jewels from Alaeth. You must save an animal bone a harpy feather and a harpy talon when you finish this quest. If you sell it all and try to go back it doesn't work, Ambi tried last night.
