Is this true or a load of crappy rumours?

i hope so, seems to proc nicely in pve (useless) and hardly ever in rvr, i think its bugged a bit.

I read on a few American forums it seems to have been improved and procs a lot more on there last patch not sure what patch that was but a lot are going back to there harpies cloak thk god as i got i got one ;-)

depends, i dont make to order but just stock them on my CM, i will be making a new batch up at the weekend so check housing on sunday morning.

prices vary depending on how lucky i am, from 1.5-2.5 plat for legs/arms, 500 boots/gloves and 1.5ish for hats. i dont bother making vests as they dont sell.
