try re-reading the defenition of a rhetorical question. you'll notice in the examples that a question mark is used. no matter what puncuation marks are used or how the question is formatted, a rhetorical question is simply that, a rhetorical question. a question that does really need an answer.

I take it u mean definition and i also take it u mean your own definition if so u used the ? marks,that dont make is so or is it reckoning newtons law I think if u look it up u will find no ?marks used in the defintion given for a rhetorical question. If u then look up question mark u might find if u r reading a English Dictionary it might say somthing like a punctuation mark indicating a question do i need to go on or do we need to look up question now.If so u might find the words Question to elicit information
