Finished this just now solo on legendary nearly smashed my pad up a few times lol.

It goes to show how recruiting some of the best talent in the industry and giving them an almost unlimited supply of money can do, $60 million MS spent to make this.

Just an awesome game from start to finish, better then last few Bungie games and 343i did a great job on everything, hell you would think the 360 has been pushed to its limits before but 343i set a new standard in terms of graphics on the 360 it just blows everything away. Read the Eurogamer DF review on the game an interesting read on how they squeezed even more out of the 360.

Ending was great, has to be GOTY.

Hopefully I will get it for Xmas off the Mrs. Otherwise i'll have to wait for it to come down in price. After being spoiled by Steam Sales, I won't pay full price for a game anymore. Plus the fact I still have to finish RAGE, Darkness 2, Sleeping Dogs and am working towards my Comet in World of Tanks.

In particular the facial animations are great look like the LA Noire graphics.

Oh and the sound track was awesome especially the last mission it just felt epic tbfh!

Just collected all the the terminals in the game which then unlocks roughly a 15min cut scene and shows the events thousands or millions of years ago that lead to this point, just a totally awesome short film on Halo that gives even more insight into the Halo universe.

343i have really out done themselves with their first attempt at a new Halo trilogy, can't wait for the next that will surely be on the new Xbox.

It's only 7 things to collect use a guide, I found them all except 1 and just had to reload the level on easy and just run my way through.

If you like the Halo universe the short film is really worth unlocking, failing that YouTube it i guess

There is a new Halo Waypoint out, absolute shit ton of content on there for Halo including some sort of cartoon style episodes? Not really looked at them yet, but the content on there is great if you want to know everything.

Check out Arrival mission 9 sound track just an awesome piece of music that just sounds absolutely amazing while playing that final mission.
It has that feeling of heroism and triumph.

The sound track in the game is just stunning if you appreciate that sort of thing in a game.

Ended up re-buying an Xbox today for this. Just started the campaign after a few hours online. Rather pretty game if I do say so.

May have found a map I actually like MP on too (Apart from Ragnarok obviously)

2-3 years is how much time passes before the next Halo comes along which is absolutely perfect in my opinion.

Makes the next game all that much more better and you appreciate it so much more.

Plus there's not enough (decent) games where you go about as a big fuck off space marine these days, it's all realistic bullshit modern war shooters. I miss the cliché.

A fantastic and interesting storyline as well, the Halo universe is just a great scifi series.

If I knew the next big idea then I wouldn't be typing ere. But suffice to say I think FPS has been done to death but the dues ex way of doing it is much more interesting. Unfortunately kids have five secs attention span just three more than a goldfish and as long as the reward me now I don't want to work fr anything and the big software houses shy away from risk and pump out version x of classic that was never quite as good as the original. We are stuck in this same rut.

cod mw sp story progressed pretty well i thought but peeps either rave or hate the mp side thats all you hear about.

tho i have stopped buying fifa/pes think both konami and ea should have gonna the dlc route with improvements and tweaks being released with each one
