Thank god for that. My measly connection will now cope, set mine to 3, enough to see my sig. Seriously though, how crap it is when u you download a page and 9/10 is some l33t kiddie's sig telling everyone he has 13 alts and the exact number of RP and trade skill lvl on each one and if one happens to be sleeping or whatever.

now, everyone will downsize their sigs because there's no need for big sigs.. as no one can see them anyway (3 here too)

in a few weeks, they could remove the sig limit and at the most, sigs would be 4 or 5 lines

I just left sigs at full. No point reducing it. People will just start adding stuff in the posts themselves and if not that, then you'll only get part of a sig which looks even worse.

well my furry minded friend IF a post is 9/10 sig (which is by no means uncommon) if the sig is nerfed (say 90%) then it will constitute merely
(gets calculator out, too l8 for mental arithmatic) 8.1% of the post not, 90% and if there are ltos of posts with large (now small) sigs the page will load faster. Granted the actual difference in Bytes isnt tremendous, but it still exists.
