hellooooooooo i've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week for the last month, really enjoying it and seeing the benefits already, the only thing that's been annoying me is what to eat. obviously understand the need for protein in the meal im eating after the gym etc but its not always easy as im a poor fucker and sometimes only got crappy food.. so was wondering if anyone knows of/takes/eats/drinks any kind of protein shake/supplement and if it's worth it?
