Finally got round to getting a new amp, only seven or so years after selling my last one. It's a bit of a step down, going from

to

But I have got to say I'm delighted with it. 1W of pure Class A valve tone, two channels, drive + master volume and even an external speaker cabinet. Sounds awesome and it's pretty damned loud too. Excellent demo video here;

I'd recommend anyone looking for a small amp to try to test drive one of these...it'll blow any 15-30W solid state amp clean away.

Shouldn't be long before Fettoken sniffs out this thread :D

First question has to be... so did you play Stairway To Heaven as first tune on the new amp? :D

@Aoami - £200 and they threw in one of those cool clamp tuner things. (The 30th Anniversary stack cost me £1100 back in 2001 and I sold it in 2005 for about £900)
@Roo - actually it was Back in Black followed by Holy Diver :D

Had a longer play with it last night and the sound is amazing from such a little box...really sweet valve tone. Obviously it's not going to replace a JCM800 or a Nomad, but it blows away any practice amp I've ever heard by a long way.
